Before you begin
To create a Destination, you need:- Admin or Marketer access to your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace
- At least one Target List with contacts or companies in it
- Access to the account you’re connecting — see that destination’s own page for its specific requirements
Where to find Destinations
- Open your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace
- Select Destinations in the left-hand nav
The Destinations list
Filterable by:
Each row shows: Workflow name, Status, Created at, Updated at, Destination icon, Actions menu (⋮)
Step 1: Create a destination workflow
- Select Add Destination
- Enter a Name for the workflow
- Search or select a Destination — HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, or Webhooks
Step 2: Build the workflow
Start → Target Lists → Destination → End
Start Choose how the workflow runs — continuously until stopped, until a selected date, or once only — then Save Workflow Settings.
Target Lists Select which target lists feed the workflow — 1eyeᴬᴵ pushes the buyer contact and company records in those lists to the destination, not the list itself. Then choose delivery behavior:
Destination Connect the destination (if not already connected) and configure what’s sent. See the destination’s own page — HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Webhooks — for connect steps and field mapping.
End Marks the end of the workflow — no configuration needed.
Monitor pushed records
Select View console to see every record in the workflow, filtered by All / Pushed / Pending / Failed. Select any contact to see the exact field values sent (or attempted).Review a contact from the workflow
Select a contact to open their full record — persona/ICP match, signal count, Person/Company/Target Lists tabs, and full contact details.Best practices
Start with one target list Test a workflow with a single, well-defined target list before adding more. Choose the right run setting Use Runs continuously for always-on target lists, and Runs once only for a one-time push. Check Pending before Failed Pending contacts usually have a clear, fixable reason. Review those first.Troubleshooting
